About Tarashree:

Tarashree Dorairaj is a sophomore undergraduate student at the University of Houston. She is double majoring in Computer Science and Psychology and is on the pre-med track. Her research interests include topics in the fields of developmental, sleep, and social psychology. Tarashree is also an undergraduate RA with a lab focused on the impacts of loneliness on individuals, understanding alcohol usage amongst romantically attached Latinos, and partnering with MD Anderson to promote HPV vaccinations amongst college students. Additionally, she is the Marketing Director for Code Coogs and a member of REACH (Research for Aspiring Coogs in the Humanities). Outside of research and academic pursuits, Tarashree enjoys reading, listening to music, rock climbing, and spending time with her dog Jackie.
