About Leslie:
Leslie is a post-baccalaureate student at the University of Houston. She graduated in May 2026 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in mathematics. She’s interested in neurodegenerative diseases and women’s health. In addition to the lab, she is involved in a research study at Ben Taub focused on increasing breast cancer awareness and prevention. In her free time she enjoys baking, dancing, and practicing doing her own nails.
